How can I verify that my Member order has been shipped after I join as a Member?
After you've joined as a Member, you will receive a website on which you can view the order history portion of your back office and see your entire order history.


When will my product ship? How often?
Your product will ship within 24 to 48 hours of the date you signed up. Thereafter your product will ship to you each month on that date (your Autoship processing date).


Can I place a regular order?
You will be able to place a regular order from the My Account section of your Vemma Back Office.


How long will my order activate me for?
A 60 QV order will activate your account for four volume periods including the volume week in which the order is placed, plus one volume week grace period.


What forms of payment does Vemma accept?
Vemma accepts credit cards, bank draft and money orders for order/Autoship payment in the US. Canadian orders may be paid using credit cards or money orders (USD funds only). Asian orders (excluding Japan) may be paid using credit cards, money order, bank deposit, NETS (Singapore only), e-Stock and e-wallet. European orders may be paid using credit cards and bank deposit (Austria, Germany and Slovenia only). Japan orders may be paid using credit cards, money order (USD funds only) or bank deposit.  


Does Vemma accept checks?
Vemma will accept checks from United States residents, in the form of a bank draft. It is easy, safe and secure.


When will my Autoship process?
Your Autoship processing date will be on or near the date that you signed up. If you signed up on the 31st, your processing date will be the 30th of each month. Log on to your back office and click "Autoship" to verify your processing date.


Once I join, and place an Autoship, can I place the Autoship on hold for a specific period?
No, if you wish to be qualified to earn bonuses, you may not place your Autoship order on hold. You may cancel your Autoship, by contacting Member Services. You may reinstate your autoship at any time by calling the Vemma office.

To Receive Cycle Bonus Volume, your membership Must be Active.  In order to be considered active, you must have an active Autoship base order with a 60 QV minimum order every 5 weeks. A 60 QV order will activate your account for four weeks.

For European Members who pay for their products using a Wire Transfer:   Your account is considered active after placing an order for minimum 60 QV.  You must place an order every 4 -5 weeks, to remain active.


Do all Members receive a Free Website, to market to people?
Yes, all members receive their own website www.myvemma.com/yourName to use for marketing the Vemma Opportunity and products to others.


How do I choose a name for my myvemma.com site?
After joining Vemma as a member, you will receive an email message from Vemma, with your Vemma ID ( VID) for your new business. After that, you can set up your site, and choose a name when setting up your site. John and Julieanne recommend using your own name on your site.


How do I set up my myvemma.com site?
Please go to www.vemma.com and click on the Member Login button in the upper right corner.
If you do not have a username and password, please click on the link that reads "Create username and password" to create one.

Your username will be your myvemma.com site name until you change it the back office.  Once in your back office, click on the top navigation item that reads "Manage Website" and follow the directions from there.


Will the myvemma.com site have email?
The myvemma.com site does not feature email.


How will I view my downline/genealogy?
You will be able to log into your back office and click on the navigation item at the top that reads "Genealogy."


How will I get a check?
Please review the Vemma compensation plan at your myvemma.com site on the Comp Plan page and check with your Enroller for assistance.

When you view the Vemma compensation plan at the myvemma.com site, you will see the CEO of the Vemma Company "pop up" on the screen, and explain the compensation plan to you.

What will I need to do to be qualified for all the bonuses?
To be qualified to earn all bonuses , you need to have an Autoship order for 2 Vemma Nutrition Programs (which results in 120 QV) and have four personally-enrolled Members who have a minimum 60 QV order each. At least one of these four must be on the right side and one must be on the left. The other two can be placed anywhere.

Is it possible to know how much of any specific Mineral is contained in the Essential Minerals?
The Essential Minerals are in trace amounts. Nope.  We agree there's some great information here, but this enhanced Help section is for Members only.  Your Pre-Enrollees will see a simplified, shorter version.

  1. What is the difference between Vemma and VemmaBuilder?

Vemma is the company that manufactures and distributes the product you sell to customers and pays you your commissions and bonuses.  If there weren't a Vemma, there wouldn't be a VemmaBuilder.  VemmaBuilder is the revolutionary, automated system that harnesses the power of the Internet to help you build your business.  Without VemmaBuilder, you would be slaving away to do business the very, very old-fashioned way.  You would be making presentations in coffee shops and strangers' homes, cold calling, writing and sending all of your own letters and emails, learning the business without any live training calls or support, and generally making darn slow progress at realizing your dream of financial freedom.

  1. What are the VemmaBuilder deadline cycles, and why are they important?

Time in the VemmaBuilder cosmos is measured in weekly cycles.  These cycles will end every Thursday night.  We process orders on Friday morning, at 12 a.m.  During each weekly cycle, Pre-Enrollees have the chance to upgrade to Members and begin earning bonuses.  If your Pre-Enrollee decides to upgrade during one of these cycles, he or she will jump over the other Pre-Enrollees in the SuccessLine who don't upgrade during that same weekly period that ends Thursday night.  He or she rises to the top, while less decisive Pre-Enrollees languish in roughly the same place and lose out permanently if those who upgraded to Member go on to become VemmaBuilder's brightest stars.

It can go the other way, too.  If someone below your Pre-Enrollee upgrades during a weekly cycle ending on Thursday night, that Pre-Enrollee must also upgrade during the same cycle, to stay above that person and have the potential to make money on their sales efforts.

  1. How do I earn money?

Your commissions are based on the dollar volume of Vemma products you and others in your organization purchase each month.

The Vemma dual compensation plan lets you earn cash weekly, while developing long-term residual income.  Cash comes whether you successfully build your business part-time or full-time.

  1. How much do I make from other Members?

You can earn bonuses in many ways:

Instant Sponsor Bonus: A one-time $5 bonus when someone is placed under you.  (Future orders paid out as a Cycle Bonus.) Your Pre-Enrollee must upgrade to Member to receive this bonus.

SuccessLine Building Income: $20 whenever you personally enroll 9 Members (3 in SuccessLine #1 and 6 in SuccessLine #2).

Consistency Bonus: A bonus on your personally enrolled Members' order -- $5 (1 Vemma Nutrition Program), $10.00 (2 Vemma Nutrition Programs), or $50 (Family Pack).

Cycle Bonus: $20 each time you cycle in a one-week period.  One qualified Vemma Member in SuccessLine #1 and one in SuccessLine #2 are required.  Whenever 3 sales in one SuccessLine and 6 sales in the other occur (legs can switch back and forth), the $20 Cycle Bonus is earned.

Enroller Matching Bonus: A 10% matching bonus on all your personally enrolled Member's Cycle Bonuses.  To qualify, increase your personal monthly order to 2 Vemma Nutrition Programs and have 2 qualified Members (60 QV) anywhere within your structure, in addition to your qualified Members, 1 on each side.

Customer Bonus: $16 for first customer order and $8 for every additional order when one Vemma Nutrition Program is purchased, $32 for the first order and $16 for every additional order when two Vemma Nutrition Programs are purchased, or $50 for the first order and $30 for each additional order when Family Pack is purchased.

Top Producer's Bonus Pool: Enroll a minimum of $400 in new sales in a volume week and qualify for a pro-rated share of a Bonus Pool.

Global Bonus Pools: 12-week bonus pools equal to 2% of overall Vemma sales for top leaders.

  1. When do I get my bonuses?

Vemma pays approximately 15 days after the close of a cycle.

VemmaBuilder is for real!  Don't let calendar confusion erroneously convince you that you will not be paid.  Be patient, and your bonuses will come to you.

  1. Do I have to place an order every month?

Yes, if you want to earn those bonuses.  You buy the Vemma Nutrition Program, and so does everyone else.  That's where those commissions you want to earn come from.  Your body will thank you, too.

  1. If I can't manage to buy the $60 Vemma Nutrition Program in any month, will I lose my position?

No, your position with VemmaBuilder continues as long as your membership fee is paid.

As far as Vemma goes, each order qualifies you for bonuses for 5 weeks.  If you go 5 weeks without ordering, you will be considered inactive.  If you are inactive, you do accrue sales volume, but you will not receive a commission.  After 12 consecutive weeks of inactivity, the volume will flush.  After 24 consecutive weeks of inactivity, you will lose your position.

  1. What happens if one of the Members below me quits VemmaBuilder?

It won't affect the commissions you are due, unless he or she also drops out of Vemma.  As long as the Member keeps buying the Vemma Nutrition Program, you will receive any commissions to which you are entitled.

  1. What tax advantages do I enjoy as a VemmaBuilder Member?

The list of your tax benefits goes on and on.  As long as you are actively building your VemmaBuilder business, you may write off a host of previously nondeductible personal expenses that operating your business converts to deductible business expenses.  For a thorough explanation of these tax benefits and how to qualify to claim them, please visit our Tax Advisor page.  Owning a business is a powerful way to put tax savings in your pocket that can then be spent to promote your VemmaBuilder business.

  1. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Very liberal.  If you quit within 10 days of signing up for monthly membership in VemmaBuilder, you get your money back.  But no refund will be made after 10 days.  In subsequent months, you must notify us at least 5 days before your monthly autoship date to cancel your website, or no refund will be issued.

  1. If VemmaBuilder does 80% of the work for me, what is the 20% I have to do?

We strongly recommend that you respond promptly to any calls or emails you get from your Pre-Enrollees.  You also want to call each of your Pre Enrollees at least once to introduce yourself and answer any questions they may have.  It is important for Pre-Enrollees to know that real people are actually working the business and can provide support to new Members.

It's also vital that you call any new Member within 24 hours to help them jumpstart their business.

Otherwise, you can let VemmaBuilder do the rest for the most part with automated emails that have your name and number on them.  VemmaBuilder also notifies Pre-Enrollees about Deadline Calls, Business Overview Calls, and Training Calls -- just like the emails you have been getting.

  1. What does my Opportunity page look like?

You can access your Opportunity page from the Contact Manager.  Click on "View" on the left hand side (near the top) and your Opportunity page will pop up.

To change the name and/or email address shown on your Opportunity page, click on "Update Information for Emails and Website."  Enter your new information, and then click on "Update Information" at the bottom of the page.

We could have just given you a link as an answer to this question, of course, but we wanted to acquaint you, however briefly, with how to update your information that your Pre-Enrollees will see.

  1. Where do I send prospects to learn about the business?

Send them to your Opportunity page.  The address of your site is: http://www.vemmabuilder.com/

  1. How do I drive traffic to my Opportunity page?

Plenty of ways.  Ask your Enroller for his or her recommendations first.  In general, the most effective way to get web traffic is to buy leads from Internet lead companies.

Other choices include bidding on keywords with pay-per-click search engines, joining online hit exchanges, signing up with start or exit exchanges on the Internet, placing banner or classified ads, advertising in print, handing out business cards, distributing flyers, or tacking up roadside signs.  You are limited only by your energy and imagination.

Obviously, the more visitors you can attract to your site, the better your odds of signing up new Members.

When you're advertising on the Internet, design your ads to get your prospect or lead to ask for more information.  This will help you avoid spam complaints.

  1. How does my Pre-Enrollee upgrade to Member?

When your Pre-Enrollees decide to upgrade to Member, tell them to click on the "Get Started" button in the either the Front or Back Office.  A screen with the sign-up form will appear.  Your Pre-Enrollees can change any of the personal information they previously entered at this time.  Have them complete this form, and submit it.

  1. Can I use the VemmaBuilder name in my signature file?

Of course, you're proud to be a Member of VemmaBuilder.  Anyone would be.  And you can use the VemmaBuilder name freely in the text of your emails and subject headers.  But you can't use it as your business name in your signature file.  You see, it's OUR business name.  VemmaBuilder is already taken.

You have an independent business.  So if you want to use a business name, choose one that's uniquely your own.  For example, one of our leaders uses the name, "Big League Marketing."  We're sure you can come up with a winning name, too.

By the way, you can always use your given name, as many professionals do.

  1. What is a SuccessLine?

SuccessLine is our clever name for a vertical line of people like you, who are interested in owning a lucrative home-based business.  Jazzed about the VemmaBuilder system, they enrolled in VemmaBuilder by visiting our website and reading about our not-to-be-missed opportunity.  As soon as they enrolled, they became "Pre-Enrollees" and joined a long line of other Pre-Enrollees.

Your Pre-Enrollees placement in a SuccessLine depends on when you toured our website.  If they browsed around after Jake, but before Judy, they will be placed between Jake and Judy in the SuccessLine.  The good news (if they're not at or near the top) is that you're not stuck in that position for all time.  Your Pre-Enrollees can upgrade to Member by joining our VemmaBuilder Team and jump above others not as visionary as they are.  Let's say that Jake, who is above them, is not nearly as farsighted or daring.  He can't decide whether to upgrade and fools around until he misses the weekly deadline on Thursday night (see Question # 3 above).  If your Pre-Enrollee seizes the day by upgrading, they will leave poor Jake placed permanently under your Pre-Enrollees in the SuccessLine.

  1. How are Pre-Enrollees added to my SuccessLines?

Pre-Enrollees are simply persons who have visited your website and entered their names and email addresses.  VemmaBuilder obviously impressed them as a home-based business opportunity.  Pre-Enrollees may be added to your SuccessLine #1 by some of the members above you.  That's the marvel of the system.  Your upline spills their new Pre-Enrollees down to the bottom of their SuccessLine #1, which helps your business grow faster... which in turn helps their businesses grow faster, because they're above you in the SuccessLine!  After that, you build your SuccessLine #2 by signing up new Pre-Enrollees (and by helping those below you to do the same!)

There are umpteen ways to get visitors to your website.  The most efficient and cost-effective is to buy targeted leads.  Ask your Enroller for more information.

  1. How do I start my second SuccessLine?

Just sit back and relax.  There's nothing you have to do except drive traffic to your website and persuade these new Pre-Enrollees what a terrific business opportunity VemmaBuilder is.  The system takes care of placing your Pre-Enrollees in the correct position in your SuccessLines.

Any individuals who come into VemmaBuilder by visiting your website will be placed in your SuccessLine #1 until it has at least 3 Members that you personally enrolled through VemmaBuilder in that SuccessLine.  Then SuccessLine #2 is started.

You can change the way VemmaBuilder allocates Pre-Enrollees to your SuccessLines (see Question 22 below).  Talk to your Enroller for advice about your allocation settings before making any change.

VemmaBuilder makes it easy for you to tell which Pre-Enrollees and Members came in through your website.  These individuals' names will be highlighted in BLUE in your Genealogy.  The names of Pre-Enrollees and Members created by spillover from others in the SuccessLine will be in black.

  1. Do I have to put a certain number of my new Pre-Enrollees into a particular SuccessLine?  How do I change my Pre-Enrollee allocation?

It's up to you.  By default, any individuals who come into VemmaBuilder by visiting your website will be placed in your SuccessLine #1 until it has at least 3 Members that you personally enrolled through VemmaBuilder in that SuccessLine.  Then SuccessLine #2 is started.

But our system is so sophisticated that you can get the exact mix you want or need.  If, after getting your Enroller's advice, you decide to change your allocation settings, you can do so by going to Account Info in the Back Office.  Click on the blue "Update Allocation" button.  Enter the percent you want allocated to each of your two SuccessLines.  For example, you could allocate 100% of new Pre-Enrollees to your shortest SuccessLine and cut off your longest SuccessLine.  You are the boss.

  1. Why can't I move someone from one SuccessLine to another?

Put yourself in another Member's shoes.  Suppose there's a Member under you in your SuccessLine, who is setting enrollment records.  Your bonuses are starting to have a lot of zeroes.  Then someone comes along and yanks that Member into another SuccessLine!  You would have a fit.  Obviously, to maintain the integrity of the system, VemmaBuilder has to remain neutral.  We do that by not playing favorites and letting some people manipulate the system for their own profit.  You can trust us.

  1. What emails do my Pre-Enrollees receive?

As soon as someone visits your website, the VemmaBuilder autoresponder program starts sending emails.  Your Pre-Enrollee receives the following emails:

    1. A series of personal emails from you
    1. Emails that say, among other things, "Your SuccessLine Is Unstoppable!"  These are sent each time a new Pre-Enrollee joins the SuccessLine
    1. Emails sent whenever a Pre-Enrollee upgrades to Member, that proclaim, "You Have Money Coming!"
    1. Email reminders about live conference calls

  1. How can I see the emails being sent on my behalf?

Go to the Contact Manager.  At the top, you will see a link that says, "Pre-Enrollees."  Click on this, and you will be able to view all of the personal emails Pre-Enrollees in your SuccessLine will receive.  If you click on the "Members" button, you will see the emails a new Member gets.

  1. How do I change the information my Pre-Enrollees see?

Go to your Contact Manager.  In the top section, below "Email Communicators," you will see a button that says "Update Information for Emails and Websites."  Click on that button, and then enter new personal data.

Click on "Update Information," and the changes will be made automatically.

  1. Why aren't my Pre-Enrollees receiving any emails from me?

You must verify your personal data before VemmaBuilder can start sending out its terrific set of automated, professionally written emails to your Pre-Enrollees.  This needs to be done only the first time you access your website after upgrading to Member.

To do that, go to your Contact Manager in the Back Office.  At the top, you will see the heading, "Email Communicators." Click on the button immediately below to activate our automated emails.

A new page appears.  Make any changes you desire.  For example, you may have entered your work email address when you joined VemmaBuilder, but want your home email address to go out to Pre-Enrollees.

Click on "Update Information," and your Pre-Enrollees will begin to get their emails.

  1. One of my Pre-Enrollees wants to stop receiving VemmaBuilder emails.  What do I do?

To keep a Pre-Enrollee from receiving letters, find them in your Contact Manager (our handy Search option at the top of the screen will speed the process), and then click on the "Opt Out" button.  The Pre-Enrollee will be opted out of your automatic enroller letters and out of the system letters that are sent by VemmaBuilder.

  1. Why did I stop receiving VemmaBuilder emails?

Emails may not actually be stopped, even if it feels like it.  If you personally enrolled the Pre-Enrollees who are placed under you in your SuccessLine, then you will always receive an email.  But if someone else enrolled the Pre-Enrollees, you will receive an email only on the first 50 levels of Pre-Enrollees below you.

If you still think those emails should be coming, it's possible that you or someone else has clicked on your removal link.  To start receiving the automated emails again, simply send an email to support@vemmabuilder.com.

  1. How do I change my password?

Easy.  After you log into VemmaBuilder, click on "Back Office" in the top right-hand corner of the page.  Then click on "Account Info" (midway across the top blue bar).  A page showing your personal data will appear.  In the first section, labeled "Personal Information," locate and click on the button that says, "Change Password."

Enter your old password on the page that pops up.  Then type in your chosen new password twice, and click on the "Update Password" button.

  1. How do I contact my Enrollers?

You can see the names and phone numbers of up to five Enrollers above you, by clicking on the button in the top left-hand corner of this page.

Write down the names and phone numbers that appear.  Then if you have questions or want help, start dialing.

  1. How do I see personal information about the Pre-Enrollees I personally enrolled?

Go to your Contact Manager in the Back Office.  Click on any name and a page will come up, showing that person's email address and phone number.  Use your Contact Manager to make notes and schedule follow-up reminders.

  1. How do I see the names of persons in my SuccessLine?

Go to your Genealogy page.  You will see the name of the first person in each of your two SuccessLines.  To see the entire list of names in a SuccessLine, click on the name of the first person.  That will bring up the entire SuccessLine.

Every name in your Genealogy that appears in black is there due to the efforts of other Members and represents potentially FREE money to you.  One of your upline or downline is the Enroller, but these people are in your SuccessLine as well theirs.

Most people have a "P" for Pre-Enrollee beside their name.  When you see an "M" appear, that person has upgraded to member.  

  1. Why aren't the numbers in my SuccessLine consecutive?  Why do the numbers start all over again?

Go to your Genealogy and look at the bottom -- the names and numbers of the Pre-Enrollees in the common SuccessLine are listed in chronological order.  When the number sequence changes abruptly to a smaller number, the person with the smaller number joined your downline's SuccessLine #2 -- e.g., Sam Blaine, a Member, is #5 at the top of the SuccessLine, Pre-Enrollee Stella Smythe shows up as a #6 near the bottom of the line -- this means that Stella Smythe is the first person starting Sam's SuccessLine #2.

  1. How do I use the Search feature?

Use the search feature to rapidly find the information page on your personally sponsored Pre-Enrollees and Members who appear in blue.

You can search by name or email address.  You can enter just a part of either one, too.  Type in "Charles," for example, and you'll get a list of everyone of your contacts whose first or last name is Charles.

The Search function isn't all knowing, however.  If you put in "Robert" and the contact used "Rob," you won't get a match.  But "Rob" will bring up any "Robert."

Save time by copying and pasting an email address or name from an email you have received into the Search box.

  1. How do I change my personal information, including my billing information?

Go to the Account Info page of the Back Office.  Click the "Update Personal Information" button or the "Update Billing Information" button to make your changes.

Click on "Update Information" and the changes will be made automatically.

  1. How can I see the Genealogy below a specific person for a person in my Contact Manager?

Thanks to VemmaBuilder's whiz-bang technology, you can view the Genealogy for everyone in your Contact Manager without page scrolls and searches.  This huge time saver dramatically speeds your follow-up efforts.

When your Pre-Enrollees or Members phone or email you, you'll know at a glance how many Members and Pre-Enrollees are placed under them.  As every marketing expert knows, the more information you have when you speak to a prospective Member, the more effective you'll be in persuading them to take the desired action - to everyone's profit.

To use this amazing business-building tool, click on a Member's or Pre-Enrollee's name in the Contact Manager in your Back Office.  (To find someone quickly, click on the beginning letter of his or her surname at the top of your Contact list.)  That person's Contact page will pop up.  In the right-hand column of the top section, you'll see the underlined words, "View this Contact's Genealogy."

Click on this link, and you'll immediately be taken to a page where you can see the person's complete Genealogy exactly as they see it!  You'll know how many Members and Pre-Enrollees they have below them AND those persons' names and ID numbers.

  1. Why do I see some people's names in blue and some in black on my Genealogy?

The people whose names appear in blue joined your SuccessLine as a result of your own marketing efforts.  Those whose names are in black came into your SuccessLine through the website of someone in your upline or downline.

  1. I looked at my Genealogy on the Vemma website and saw that one (or more) people had a zero beside their name for the order.  What does this mean?

Well, there are several possibilities:

    1. Their credit card did not go through, so their order was not processed;
    1. The order has not yet been recorded in the Genealogy (a 24 hour delay is not unusual);
    1. An error occurred in the transfer from VemmaBuilder to Vemma that affected their order.

If you still do not see a product order after about 24 hours, call Vemma at 800-577-0777 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Arizona time.  Give them the Team Member's ID number, and ask why the order did not go through.

Note: Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time for the 6 months of the year that most other states are on standard time.  For the other 6 months of daylight savings time, Arizona is on Pacific Daylight Time.

  1. How do I download my contacts?

Click on the button that says, "Download All Contacts" in the bottom left hand corner of the Contact Manager page.  In the File Download box that appears, click on "Save."  The easiest choice is to save to your Desktop, but you may select any location for your download.  Everyone listed in your Contact Manager will be downloaded to an Excel file.  You can then import these leads into your email program.

WARNING: Netscape and Outlook Express have limited storage capacity (approximately 1,500 to 2,000 addresses) and will crash when that capacity is exceeded.  Microsoft Outlook 2000 allows you to import numerous email addresses with no problem (approximately 10 Million addresses).  Eudora will not allow you to import an Excel file into an address book.  Microsoft 2002 will allow you to import the leads, but will not allow you to create Distribution Lists from this Contact Manager download.  AOL users should research how this email program works in regard to importing leads and setting up distribution lists.
